This month, the Transport Signs team were back at Newcastle Station, installing a fantastic collection of banners ahead of the Mercury Prize celebrations in the city on 22nd October
Railway stations are where our expertise began. From major interchanges to rural platforms, we deliver clear, compliant signage built for demanding operational environments. As a RISQS-audited supplier, we meet the standards required to work safely and efficiently across the UK rail network.
Services involved:
Effective signage keeps passengers moving safely and efficiently through complex station environments. From entrances and concourses to platforms and exits, clear wayfinding reduces confusion, supports passenger flow and improves the overall journey experience.
Every railway station project requires careful attention to compliance, passenger experience, durability and integration with existing infrastructure and operator branding.
Clear station identity and directional signage helps passengers orient themselves quickly from the moment they arrive.
Consistent wayfinding guides passengers efficiently to platforms, facilities and connections while supporting passenger flow.
We deliver compliant operational and trackside signage installed by PTS-certified crews to GIRT 7033 standards.
All signage is designed and fabricated to meet Network Rail and operator standards, with RISQS-audited processes throughout.
From major interchanges to rural platforms, we deliver signage that works for every passenger, every time.

To mark a significant milestone, a local business approached TS Events to help them celebrate 10 years at their premises.
The client wanted a striking but practical installation that could be used to create a sense of occasion around their facility and provide a strong visual presence for their anniversary celebrations.
Transport Signs was appointed by VolkerFitzpatrick to deliver the complete signage package for the three new Camp Hill Line stations in Birmingham – Kings Heath, Pineapple Road and Moseley Village.
